The staff at Bridgedale House are dedicated to providing a high level of person centred care. We ensure that our residents remain happy, content and as independent as possible, whilst respecting their wishes and caring in a dignified and respectful manner. There is Management on call 24 hrs.
We are aware that it is essential to employ staff with sufficient skills and the right personal qualities in order to provide a high standard of care. Staff are encouraged to further their personal development with additional training and qualifications. All care assistants have experience and are trained to a minimum of a QCF level 2 in Health and Social Care and the Senior staff hold a level 3.
The Manager, Miss Sarah Harrison, has over 20 years experience in the care industry and holds a QCF level 5 in Health and Social care business management.
We ensure that the staff ratios are reviewed regularly to ensure that we not only provide care to your loved ones, but also have quality time to spend with them.
