Bridgedale House is a private specialist dementia care provider for adults aged 65+, accommodating up to 25 residential residents.
The owner of the home, Mrs Jennifer Barlow, has over 25 years in residential home ownership and prides herself in being a provider of high quality care.
Bridgedale House was originally a manor house dating back to 1897, incorporating an adjoining coach house, which has been updated to a high standard retaining much of its original charm and character and offering an extremely unique and individual style. The house itself is based within the leafy suburb of Ranmoor in Sheffield, situated a few miles from the city centre but also on a direct route to the nearby beautiful Peak District. There are numerous shops, churches, cafes, restaurants and pubs nearby. The home is easily accessed by public transport.
The home itself is a large 3 storey, detached building set in beautiful surroundings. There is private car park to the front of the home, providing ample parking for visitors, protected by security gates. Facilities in the home include all bedrooms being ensuite, separate assisted bathroom and shower, communal living room, a quiet garden room, opulent dining room, kitchen, management office, visitor’s toilets, hairdressing salon and a beautiful airy orangery.
Bridgedale House endeavours to ensure that each resident is treated as an individual, recognising their unique needs and diverse lives. We will ensure to assist with promoting every aspect of their lives to ensure quality of life and to make our residents feel at home.
