This website

This section explains what happens when you use the Bridgedale House website. It does not change the care-record information above.

Website analytics

Website analytics is optional. Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose “Accept analytics” in the cookie panel. If you reject analytics, or do not make a choice, no analytics is loaded and no analytics request is made.

When you accept, we measure page visits, clicks on phone, email and arrange-a-visit links, and the number of enquiry forms that are sent successfully. We do not send the values entered in an enquiry form — your name, email address, phone number, message or any other field — to Google Analytics.

Your choice is stored in local storage in your browser on your device. You can change it at any time using “Cookie settings” in the website footer. Choosing reject stops further measurement and removes the Google Analytics cookies set by this website.

Website enquiries and service providers

Enquiry forms are sent through Mailgun to Bridgedale House's email address so that we can reply to you. Please do not enter medical, health or other sensitive care information in a website form; we will collect any care information we need through the care-record process described above.

The website is hosted by Vercel, and Mailgun delivers enquiry emails. Their privacy notices are available at Google's privacy policy, Vercel's privacy policy and Mailgun's privacy policy.
